Yes, I did. It eventually worked. It just took quite a while. But now, since I updated it... it is now "not responding" any time I press anything. I just restarted my computer to see f that will help

I am unsure if I am just doing it incorrectly, or if there's something wrong. But I cannot seem to get the files I have edited through affinity photo windows beta, to save as a regular jpeg file. Therefor I am not able to send them out or even view them in anything but affinity, due to the file size being too large or the format not being compatible with the program. I was going to *file* then *export* selecting *jpeg*. Once selected and continued, it just stays on the screen with a pop up that says "export item" with a loading bar, but nothing happens after that... please help!
