haha just relised I've set out the layers and artboards the wrong way round. Forgive me, long day! I can't find a way to delete posts so, sorry 'bout that. -
Hey guys, I was just setting up a document with layers and artboards there and was curious of something. As you can see from my attached video, when I select my layers a blue box appears round them all. But when I target the artboards within those layers, the blue box dissapears. Also as you can see, when I place an image anywhere onto the screen, I can activate the same behaviour by selecting it. Seems more deliberate than a bug, so help would be appreciated. Thanks! Hi guys, Wasn't really sure whether to put this in 'Feature Requests' or not, so here it sits. Before I cancelled most of my Creative Cloud, I used Typekit fairly heavily, and was really impressed with it overall. It got me wondering if a feature like that would work well with the Affinity suite. I'm sure it would but have not got a clue of the logistical/financial issues which may surround it. Any thought been given to it? Thanks, Stu Wilkie.

Collapsing panels?

Hi chaps, I was just wondering if there has been any thought given to collapsing panels similar to the Adobe products? It really works very well, and helps massively when you're trying to work within a restricted screen size. I'm sure you know what I'm talking about, but I attached a recording anyway. Thanks, and great work so far! Stu W.

Hey MEB, I just came across this thread and was wondering if there was any end of year updates that you could give us with regards to this issue. I totally agree with retrograde with regards to the inability to unlock on the fly etc, it's really killing my productivity. Having to trundle about the layers panel searching for specific artwork to unlock is a bit of a nightmare. It's one of the ONLY thing that makes me yearn for Illustrator, and nobody wants that! Thanks.
