Unable to download Affinity-Designer-1.5.0.36
in Pre-V2 Archive of Affinity on Desktop Questions (macOS and Windows)

I recently purchased the above Serif product (order number A1DZWQWYGZ) but it won't download.
I get the message: Windows cannot access the specific Device, Path or File. You may not have the appropriate permissions to access them.
When I try to download from my purchase receipt, I get access denied.
I have disabled my firewall and anti virus.
My computer is Windows 10 64bit.
Can you assist me please?
