Thought I had this fixed when I removed all my plugins when this used to crash on the 1.6.6 release. Photo now crashes again when I select preferences. All I recall doing from the time I had it working was my recent upgrade to High Sierra and adding brushes from 'frankentoon-texturizerpro-brushes-2017110302' set. Affinity Photo 1.6.6 Crashes on High Sierra

Chris B...I cleared my User Defaults and that solved the problem. Now I don't know what plugins I was using. I believe I was using the Nik collection, and also the Google Plugins. Also...The extra plugins marketed for this upgrade as free...Are they built in? Or do I have to download them somewhere? That was confusing as I was looking all over Affinity's site for where they are...and with the crashes, I had no opportunity to see where they are and with 2 weeks time counting down. -

I just dumped Gimp for this reason...But I need to quickly dock all the Studio windows. Too many floatations! Arggghhh. Give me two minutes and I don't know what I clicked. However spending this much time to get back the panel on the right side of my screen is a nightmare. Is there a quick way to bring back the side panel in docked mode?
