affinity designer  1.6.5.135   - Windows 10 64 bit

from the Help menu I click  Help  and  a window pops up in full screen pure black with no controls

I have to click ctrl-alt-del or close on the taskbar

I deleted the folder in AppData but that didn't help

I also reinstalled the program

Looks like a bug to me.

What can I do?
