    I have a lot of crashes using inpainting tool on large areas.

    I've placed the text on a ellipse shape and I cannot drag the text placement controllers. On other paths I sometimes can move the controllers but I loose the ability to adjust them at some point, too.

    Thanks, in that case may I suggest as a solution adding an extra shortcut modifier - like using SHIFT+CTRL+[ or ]. Or even better, add it to the keyboard shortcuts preferences.

    I've already posted this in Questions & Feedback but since it doesn't seem to be implemented yet, I'm adding it as a request. For example, I have a square which only has a fill color (no stroke). If I click on another shape, let's say a circle and I'm changing it's stroke color, when I click back on the square, I would like the color panel to auto-select the fill attribute (since it's the only attribute the square has) instead of keeping the stroke attribute selected (from the previous change). My logic is that I would want to change it's color rather than add a stroke to it. This way would eliminate an unnecessary extra click and speed you up when you'd have to repeat the action several times.

    If I want to move an object down or up in the hierarchy of the Layers panel I can use CTRL+[ or ]. But what if I want to move it out of a group/symbol/layer? The only way is to use the "release" action, right? Is there a "release" action keyboard shortcut?

    I'm not sure if it has been requested yet but it would be great to be able to convert Artistic text to Frame text because the text content doesn't always stays the same and for example, when you want to change a title to a paragraph at the moment you're force to create a new object (Frame text) and overlay it on the same pre-existing Artistic text. It just takes a lot of time if you need to repeat this action several times. And then again, if you need to change it back you have to start over replacing paragraphs with Artistic text.

    Is there an option for the color panel to auto-select the color of the stroke or fill, depending of which one is used so that I can change it with just one click (instead of clicking on the selection I need first)?     You're right ferreirex, that's the only place I've noticed for controlling the stroke scaling. Unfortunately there is no global switch in the preferences.

    Yes ferreirex, that's right. Thanks so much R C-R, that worked fine. Indeed having the option to scale or not the text/effects/strokes too would help a lot.

    Related to this, is there a way to rescale a document with multiple artboards? Let's say the artboards are 1024px wide. I want to scale the document so that the artboards are becoming 1200px wide. I mean scaling the content of the arboards at the same time, not just the frame of the artboards. The only option I can see and change in the "Document Setup" is the DPI which has no effect on the artboards size that i'm seeing on the screen. Thanks.

    Related to that question, I'm looking around but I can't find a way to edit a pre-saved style in the style panel. Am I missing something or is this not possible?

    I think a shortcut to toggle the "Sync" button in Symbols panel would be useful, instead of always moving the cursor to click on it when you need to quickly add changes to symbol instances. And it's also helpful to use when the Symbols panel is not visible.

    Hi, I've just bought the new Affinity Photo and Designer for Windows, great job guys! However, I have some question regarding the stock photo panel: 1. I can only see Shutterstock as a source provider. There's no 500px or Depositphotos. How can I add them? 2. What is the preview size of the previews photos, they seem very small when I drag them on the canvas. 3. Scrolling down in the panel after a search, you only get a few images, how do you get to see more results? 3. Do you plan to add more providers in the future? 4. Why is there no stock panel in Designer, as a UX/UI designer I use stock photos, too in my layouts.
