Drop shadow on text missing when exported to png
in Tutorials (Serif and Customer Created Tutorials)

I created two text boxes and applied a drop shadow. When exporting to png, I noticed the drop shadows were not displayed. I then played around with the offsets, opacity, radius, and started to see some minor changes to the text, but it wasn't a shadow effect, just some noise around text letters at the joints of the various parts of each letter. Any way to get the shadows to work?
