  1. Hi GarryP
I happened me a particular thing for which it can be useful to add this button.
I moved on to Publisher v2 and opening a document created with version 1 it reported me that the font "times" was missing, in reality the font is present in the system, but for some mysterious reason Publisher does not see it. So I opened the "fonts management" window (attached screen) and replaced it manually whit "times new roman". In this window a button would have been useful that replaces all the missing fonts with a single operation. In this case I could not use the "find and replace" panel because the program does not see the missing font.

  2. Selecting concatenated text on two or more pages is difficult, sometimes works other no.

It doesn't matter how big the document is, even a document of a few pages presents this problem.

    My configuration:
    iMacPro 64 Gb RAM - 16 Gb AMD Vega -  1 Tb HD - MacOS 12.4
    Affinity Publisher 1.10.5
I am attaching screen preferences set

    Regards
    Sandro

  3. I realized that various visualization problems: blurred interface text, name of the panels that do not appear immediately, graphic work display artifacts (I attach a screen) etc. all depend on the saturation of video memory, this happens for all Affinity programs, not just on Affinity Design.
The solution is to change the resolution of the monitor, this immediately cleans the video, I use a program, for Mac, which is called: Easyres.
Waiting for the resolution of the problem I hope this advice is useful to everyone.

    iMacPro
    macOS Big Sure
    64 Gb RAM
Radeon Pro Vega 64 16 Gb VRAM

  4. Currently, when I select more text, and this text is not all formatted equally (for example some characters is narrower etc.) The text attribute palette shows me that all the text selected has the same properties, this is wrong.
This problem happens both with the selection of the text and with the selection of text boxes, both with the selection of other types of objects and forms, for text attributes and for color and trace attributes.
For a correct display of multiple text properties, you should see a red bar or a alarm symbol (see image attached).
This is very important for all affinity programs and in particular for Publishers.

  5. This replacement fails.

    1 ) I type the text to search: 100 g (image_1)

    2) I select my previous choice: 100 NBSP ml from the drop-down menu, but when I release the mouse, the text before the special character disappears (image_2)

    My configuration:

    Affinity Publisher 1.9.3
    MacOS Big Sur 11.4

iMacPro  Intel Xeon 2,3 GHz - 64 Gb RAM - HD 1 Tb - Radeon Pro Vega 16 Gb - Monitor Retina 27" 5K (5120x2880) is primary monitor where the Serif applications run, secondary monitor connect through thunderbolt Apple Cinema HD 23" (1920x1200).
