Solved. Uninstalled Publisher and reinstalled -seems to work O.K. now. -

Could not see anywhere to send crash reports -thought it might be in 'Edit-Preferences'. Crashed again. Tried reinstalling but got message 'Setup Failed. Tried as Administrator but got same message. -
Just updated to version 1.9.1.972, minutes ago. Using Frame text tool, If I type an apostrophe, for example "I'm", Publisher shuts down instantly. No problems before upgrade.
