  1. Easy install on Windows 10. also noticed that the Startup time has improved a lot. Best regards!
  2. If you are exporting to PSD, the text will be rasterized. For those purposes, I convert Text to Curves. What's the Format you are using to send your files to the print person. Best regards!
  3. It's in their plans to, eventually, get to that point. Best regards!
  4. Maybe it's a dumb question but, can you do this on another program? I ask that because in Designer, I have mixed results depending on the font I use to get this result: Best regards!
  5. Another option, Photopea, an online Image editor, and this one is for free. First, create a new document and write your text: Then, warp it the way you want it to be and create a copy of it. Right click on any of the Texts, in the Layers Panel, and click on "Convert to Shape" Save it as PSD to your Computer: You can open the file in Photo/Designer... but here is the thing, you have the text Curves and Pixels. Right now, text in a PSD file generated by Photopea opens as a Bitmap object, but if you open it again in Photopea, it's still recognized as editable Text. Hope this is of use for anyone. Best regards!
  6. I didn't notice until today that DrawPlus had a Shape Builder Tool. This gives me hope. Best regards!
  7. Thanks for your answer, MEB. Best regards! P. S.: Yep, the example with the Netflix logo is what most of us expect, I believe.
  8. So, MEB, when we look at the feature on the Roadmap for Designer, the Developers mean something like this: But not something like this: Is that right? Best regards!
  9. I restored all to defaults. It's all good now. Thanks! P. S.: And the snapping thing is still there.
  10. I found this glitch in the previous version, but I decided to update to check if it was still present. I can confirm that this is the 157 version. Yeah, it's odd. I didn't even noticed them until you pointed it out. However, if I take away the icon to the right, it can't be brought back. Best regards!
  11. Hi there! I noticed something when working with the Pen Tool and the Grids. When I open Publisher, show the Grid and Select the Pen Tool, it won't snap to the Grid. However, it will snap to the Center of the Page. Only after I Zomm In, Zoom Out, Minimize/Restore/Maximize the Window, or start drawing lines with the Pen Tool it will snap to the Grid. It's not something critical but it's something that work nicely in the current retail version of Photo and Designer. And just in case it's useful, here are the settings I use, for snapping and for the Pen Tool. Best regards!
  12. Some screenshots might prove helpful, and if possible, some sample PDF for the Team to take a look. Best regards!
  13. Hi! Ahhh, sorry, I totally forgot that: yes, it tends to continue previous lines. As a workaround always click first in the nre part of the canvas where you want to start a new line. Yes, that would be handy indeed. I don't think that the Dev Team can't do this, but more like they have other things to do first. Best regards!
  14. I don't know if this will be of any use, but you can do that with the Pixel Tool, but just for vertical and horizontal lines. You can also erase using the same Pixel Tool. Best regards!
  15. Well, they made it when they first launched Photo for the iPad... more like Adobe tried to make the same impression, which is a good sign. also, having recently reache the million users, if this tendencie continues, I'm confident that Affinity is going the right path. Best regards!
  16. Well, for Business they offer: ● Multi-seat discounts starting from just 10 users ● Blended macOS and Windows licenses ● Additional discount when licensing both apps But since you are only one person, I don't know if you can make a deal with Serif. Best regards!
  17. Sorry for the delay, but I see the nice folks on the forum helped with you question. Indeed that's what I did: two rectangles, and the smaller one with the Outer Shadow Effect. As per your second question, basically: Monochromatic Icons Hide the toolbar I set the Tools to two Columns (View > Customize Tools...): Best regards!
  18. For a Rick Black, go this way: C: 72 M: 68 Y: 67 K: 88 Best regards! By the way, see the attached images. Both were exported from the same file, one with RGB profile and the other with CMKY profile.
  19. For me, this would simplify things. I'd love to see something like this. Best regards!
  20. As you can see, the Clone Brush Tool can adopt any of the Brushes, in this case, the drawing ("Dibujo") Brushes. Best regards!
  21. Could you check in the Layers Panel if the Image you are trying to paint is says (Image) or (Pixel)? The Clone Brush Tool will work only on a (Pixel) object. Best regards!
