Each time after exporting the developed/edited photo in JPEG format, the final photo when open shows random dashes of white horizontal lines across the picture. Photo DSC0956 is obtained from the camera. Photo DSC0956A is the exported photo after editing on Photo Affinity. The defect doesn't appear on the working copy but appears only after it has been exported. This defect also will appear even if the photo is not edited - ie it will appear after the photo had been exported using Affinity Photo even editing had not been done on the photo. However, the defect doesn't appear in .afphoto version (ie the photo has not undergone an EXPORT process. If you should require more info, kindly email me. Thanks. _DSC0956.afphoto

Whenever I try to use NIK Collection Analogue Eflex Pro or Silver Pro filters with Affinity Photo, the operation will stop during the initiation process of going into the filters. An error message (pls see attached screenshot) then appears. The other problem is with using NIK's Viveza - the colour of the picture appears incorrect (sort of wrong phase) although most of its controls work. Any assistance please. Thanks. NIK1.docx

After upgraded my Affinity Photo to version 1.6, I can't find the LAYER display. Kindly advise me how to retrieve the LAYER display. Thanks.
