  1. Where are the files located that you are trying to open? E.G. local disk, network disk, cloud etc. What type are the files? Can you post an example file here so it can be tested?
  2. I don't believe that either Plugin Panels or Automations are supported in Affinity Photo.
  3. Doesn't seem to be an issue on Windows (v2.4.1) ... make sure Lens Correction is selected.
  4. Not true, smartmockups was always subscription and the full statement says all continues on the Canva website. ”Since 2021, our team has launched mockup tools in Canva with similar functionality to smartmockups.com.”
  5. What companies of their 6 prior acquisitions have they shut down?
  6. This may also be because the Kedamee keyboard is inconsistent with the ำ vowel because it needs the tone mark before the vowel to display correctly. This is inconsistent with the way we would write it with consonant+vowel+tone mark.
  7. No issues found with the Windows or iOS version of Affinity Photo.
  8. No problems with MSIX install on Windows 11 here.
  9. I can also confirm that using the Apple Sheep keyboard… although, as it’s a dual language keyboard, if I switch to the Thai keyboard it will type + and _ .
  10. Thanks Paul, no I don’t use iCloud Photos but sometimes import from OneDrive and that doesn’t seem to have any issues as a location.
  11. I wonder if it could be connected to the OS version? I don’t seem to have this issue with either production or the Beta versions of AP or shooting in RAW + JPG on iOS 16.6 but then again I don’t have phone camera RAWs only CR3 and ARW. (I should also mention that I only have the images in the iPad and don’t use Cloud locations.)
  12. Sorry Walt ... meant to say it had been released 2 years ago, and that that was a Windows 11 release driver.
  13. As 2 years old that driver is too old for newer hardware, do a full uninstall/install
  14. The latest WHQL driver for this model is v536.40 (Game Ready released 2023.6.29) which can be downloaded from the NVIDIA website ... 472.12 is a long way off and yet to be released. Where did you get your driver version from?
  15. Hi Walt, Yes that is so but click on the link whilst the iPad is open gives me a message that the developer has removed me from the Test Program? I am not sure but I may also have deleted the last Beta from test flight or the iPad ... which may also do that. Note that only the iPad version is affected.
  16. Hi Ash, could you send me a link to the iPad OS apps as test flight is telling me I have been removed.
  17. Hi, Doesn't seem to be available as a download from the account as of yet. UPDATE: The Beta download doesn't state the Version in the list of downloads, but downloading the EXE and looking at the properties displays the correct version.
  18. A couple of things you can try. First make sure your GPU drivers are up to date from the manufacturers website... not Windows update or the PC manufacturers website. If that is so, or it didn't help, turn Hardware Acceleration off in the preferences to see if that helps.
  19. Have you updated your GPU drivers from the GPU manufacturers website? If you have the latest drivers as listed yet turning Hardware Acceleration off.
  20. I would try turning Hardware Acceleration off as, In my case, none of my AfPhoto linked RAW images display this issue. Make sure that if you are linking to an external disk/ssd that it has the same drive letter assigned when attaching it again.
  21. I would like to say thanks for letting us know that it happened and the data that may have been compromised. IP addresses are no issue as your provider will allocate a new fixed IP if necessary but I always recommend dynamic, as for the email it just adds to the spam. Once again thanks to Affinity for coming forward and warning us of this compromise.
  22. Of course I have, you were also offered a workaround solution for non-Windows compliant apps that cannot execute application aliases. Which you chose to rant about rather than try. From your posts (rants) it seems you are a Windows 11 hater and don't understand how apps will work on Windows going forward to provide you with a safe execution environment. This is no different to say Mac OS.
