Is it possible that the expand stroke option (and some other text options) is not available anymore in 1.6 beta 4?

Hi guys, thanks for the fantastic software.

There is something strange that i've found in AP, not sure if i am doing something wrong or if it is a bug.

 

When i drag and drop images from the finder into a open photo document and i make a selection with the marque tool (m) and want to scale this selection with the move tool i can only scale the full layer of the placed image and not the section. 

 

If i open both images in AP and then copy the image to the other document i can scale the section only.

 

I have tested this in 1.4.3  and in 1.5.0 beta R11
