Hi, I re-installedd the plugins -- still having the same issue with NiKHDR -- ?

Just did -- but it's still greyed out -- not in the list of plugin, but when you actually try to apply the plugin to a photo. ?

Hi there, I have 1.7.1 on my mac, and have the paid for NIK plugin -- the HDR is appearing as "unknown" - but I have checked allow unknown. When I load an image, there is a grey screen. However, if I launch HDR separately, it works. Then I have to import the image -- PITA. I read about the bit solution - but either I did it wrong or it's not working. Any ideas please how to solve this? thank you very much in advance! Andree

Hello everyone -- I'd appreciate very much if you can help me solve the mystery of the greyed out NIK plugins -- I've been working on this for hours now, moving things to different files etc -- It's as if they are there, but they are not. I thank you in advance for your assistance. Andree

Hello all, I would really appreciate your assistance -- Thank you! I am retouching a scanned photo - using the dust tool and now I want to paint over the areas not needed with the undo brush tool -- however I keep getting blocked with a pop up window saying "you must select a history snapshot before trying to undo" -- I go into the history panel - I try on different stages -- and nothing works?
