Hi, I'm having the same problem, I click on the clone tool press alt choose the area I want to clone move to the area I want to clone to press the mouse key and nothing appears, as you say usually you can see the area you have cloned but I see nothing, I wonder if it was that last update because before that it worked fine, just been trying to work on a picture but no joy, very annoying.

HI I have tried using the inpainting tool but it just does not seem to work, I followed the tutorial and seemed to do the same things, it turns red I wait a working bar appears (I assume working) I don't know why as I have a very fast machine, I wait and nothing?, what am I doing wrong?. Thanks for that Alfred, I used an object when taking the pictures, (end of 1 & beginning of the next) to ensure I got everything, I will try more pictures next time) I wonder if cropping will do it?, if not I will take them again, thanks again, have a good new years eve.

I'm trying the panorama tool and have three jpg pictures taken in sequence, when I add them to the stitching pane and press stitch it only uses the first two, I have loaded the image into the normal pane and it comes up fine, it just won't load into this option, I have tried using the middle picture and the troublesome last one, it says no panorama present!, is it a miss match that's causing the problem?. attached pictures. the one with the rail on the right is the one..

Got a copy but the layout is not like the one in the tutorials, I've looked in vain for the brush to select something (outline), but it's not there, it seems like lots of tools are missing, or if they are there they are very hard to find, I normally use Paint shop pro for this sort of work.

For ease of use is it possible to have undoing or redoing arrows instead of having to use the drop down feature to carry out this function?.
