  1. The first one really got my attention.
  2. Clean, sharp and keeping it coherent across a wide variety of premises. Great work, @shizumiaoki
  3. I have a fixation with symmetrical designs like this one. TIP: I find symbols super useful for this kind of stuff. I create one, flip it, and start adding shapes.
  4. I am speechless. Please, could you tell us more about the process? Thanks.
  5. Kudos, amazing piece.

    Rock it!

A combination of vector brushes, textures and "real" pics. I think this sequence explains it better: During the time I was working on this I was trying Envato Elements 3D feature, which allows users to rotate a pre-rendered graphic and download it as a layered psd file. I don't use it anymore because it is ridiculously expensive but I certainly enjoyed playing with it to make that big hole: I hope all this is helpful.

    Rock it!

Thank you guys. I really appreciate It. I will be posting future updates.
  8. I agree with everything said here. You are good. I also thing the girl would stand out better if the background were cleaner.
  9. Hi everyone, This is from a year ago or so. I'm now doing something else with this brand so I thought I should share the older ones. I hope you like it. Some older iteration:
  10. I was talking about a certain kind of charisma. Nothing else.
  11. Is amazing how "he" is coming to life, but is even more amazing that the most crucial aspect of it was there since stage 7. The look in his eyes, that cold, barely contained judgement... is spot on.
  12. I have too like anything with Lt. Ripley in it.
  13. Going old school for a personal side project. You can check it out at Mixcloud if you are into funk basslines, caribbean rhythms and some disco decadence. https://www.mixcloud.com/CasaMalaya/afro-caribbean-disco-funk-extravaganza-5/
  14. Amazing character design. I wanna be friends with that big guy! About the export issue, I would recommend using the export persona. (Transparency is on by default).
  15. Exactly, the wonderful wood-grain effect has some surprising ageing properties.
  16. That's a lot of work. Well done. I'm not sure about the "age marks" on the kid's faces. Too me, it make them look ill, extra sad or really tired. But overall, an stunning project.
  17. Meanwhile, Designer's Power Duplicate works pretty well to make extrusions like those you made for the logos.
  18. Outstanding work, great attention to details. Really pro. I guess the text distorsion was made outside Affinity, right? I'm longing for that feature to be available.
  19. Astonishing work! The uncanny valley is strong in it, though.
  20. This is outstanding. Great job.
  21. Like the idea. Be careful with the naming though, I'm pretty sure Underground Resistance has UR protected, and they are big. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Underground_Resistance_(band)
