Sorry for the delay! I usually use that kind of thing just to make sure both sides of the handle are symmetrical.
I feel it's strange that no one has asked for it, but maybe it is an unusual request??

You can already create a slice from any object (including Artboards).
 
 

 
In Export Persona, make sure you can see the Layers Panel. Click to select all the objects (Artboards) that you want as Slices. Click Create Slice. Affinity makes a Slice for each object, inheriting the name from the source.  
And these slices already resize and move with the respective Artboards!

Hi. I have created web design layout like 20+ pages (artboard).
 
Most artboard is created by duplicating previously created artboard.
 
When it's time for exporting using export-persona, but I am really disappointed that Affinity Designer didn't create slices from my artboards (the only slices created are my first 5 artboards that I created using "Insert Artboard" button.

Now, what I really need is a simple button like "Create Slices from Artboards" that will generate slices from existing unsliced artboards, with artboard names as the slice names.

Sorry for the super noobish question but I can't figure this simple thing out. I'm just trying to lock the handle length of a point. 
I've searched around and tried every mod key but I can't get it to work. 

Can someone point me in the right direction with that?
