Hello, I was wondering if anyone, received their book yet? I ordered the first week and I have not received it. I don't mind waiting but I want to be sure nothing has gone wrong. If one of the staff take not to this, can you respond to me through my email if I should have received. Otherwise, I will continue to wait.
