Hello, my name is Ed and I'm a new user to AFFINITY PHOTO. I am have trouble retrieving my photos into AFFINITY. Been through many new user videos but with no luck. Going into file and clicking open does not work. I can open in the Apple photo and use part of the Affinity program but that is as far as I can work with Affinity. Would appreciate much help. Thanks
