I have uploaded the file. At first I tried to send you a cleaned up version showing just the blue square, but by deleting all the stuff around it the problem went away!
Then I tried undoing a lot of times, and Affinity Designer crashed.
I then re-created a blue square and it again has the same problem. Also I don't understand why it's position is now at 24,24 while earlier it was 36,36, but that's not important I suppose.
Sorry for the messy file. Blue square is in the top left of one of the artboards.
Thanks!

Thanks for the welcome and your super quick reply :)
Yes, they are integer... W: 24px, H:24px (at position X:36px and Y:36px)

Hi,
I am using Affinity Designer to make some artwork for a mobile game. It's been great so far, but now I've hit a little road bump.
I constructed a blue square of 24 by 24px, which I would like to export at that size, with crisp edges (to use as a tile in a tilemap).
However, the horizontal edges are getting blurred. It seems they are aligned at a half pixel boundary. The resulting export slice is 24px by 25px.
Is there a way to fix this? I have looked through the forum but haven't had any luck.
Thanks for your help,
Bernhard

Pixel alignment for export

By dragging the artboard around in pixel view, it's possible to find locations where there is no blurriness (also ones where it's on the vertical sides instead of the horizontal ones).
In Export Persona, I could then drag the slice over to the new location (it didn't follow the artboard when I moved it) and export at 24x24 pixels, without any blurring.
