It is either an issue or a problem. Internal resample should be something better that nearest neighbour.

I copy and paste hex numbers quite often.
The nice thing about the PS color picker is having HSB, LAB, RGB, CMYK and hex box are all in one window.

+1 from me. Hex color box needs to be there all the times. It's the only way to copy and paste color values quickly between AD and external sources. It's tedious to keep changing the color mode just to get the hex value box. This has been super frustrating for me in Illustrator, I hope AD can do better.

​Please add support for rtl languages. you are showing it right in the layers panel, but in the Text Tool it's wrong.

Arabic/RTL support should be push on in your features priority. and should be expected soon.
As "mossimo32001" mentioned the whole MINA region is a big market.
 
I'm hoping to have Arabic support at least by the time Affinity Publisher beta is out,  with Arabic support ;)
Don't let me down, I've been AD preacher since the first beta.
 

You can also change the units from the Context toolbar when the View Tool (hand) is selected. Quicker than going into the Document menu.

Use the Pie shape to create a pie with 30 degrees (or other value you want). Convert it to a shape (Layer -> Convert to Curves). Power duplicate it (press cmd+j) and rotate the copy 30 degrees (or the same value you used previously) using the Transform panel - make sure the vertice of the Pie and the point of rotation match in the Transform panel - ideally one of the corners of the square. Press cmd+j (Power Duplicate) again several times to complete the rest of the circle.

It's there now Matthias - simply use the Place tool to place one Affinity Designer document inside another (or PSD, Freehand, PDF, etc.)
 
Double click the placed document to edit it :)
 
It can be quite useful - because you can embed documents in different colour spaces (embed CMYK in RGB, etc. etc.)

+1 for RTL text support. I need it for Arabic.

We don't need the whole interface to be in Arabic, we just need the text tool to support RTL typing.
I don't think this is hard to do!

Is there a way to transform only selected nodes within a shape? I can select nodes, but I can't figure out how to scale, rotate, or skew them, though I can apply those functions to the entire shape.
 
In Photoshop (for example) I can select any number of nodes within a given shape, then hit Command-T to enter Free Transformation mode. From then on, any transforms will apply only to the nodes I had selected.

I've attached an example. I just want to know if this is (yet) possible in AD, as it's something I actually find myself doing quite regularly. (Apologies if I've missed something!)

How can I lock layer's selection so if i click outside of the layer, It wouldn't be deselected?
 
It's useful mostly in moving layers and working with vectors.

Sorry for the delay in replying. Unfortunately this is a set back from working in RGB8 - the range just isn't quite there in 8-bit to produce a smooth gradient when using such a high radius and intensity. However if you change your document to 16bit you should get the smooth gradients you require. :)

In Affinity Designer 1.5.x there is an option in Preferences > User Interface to Show Selection in Layers Panel. Check that & the Layers panel will automatically scroll to the selected layer.
