I uninstalled, downloaded and reinstalled the program, but it did not fix the problem. Still no Affinity Photo Folder created in iCloud. System Preferences for iCloud Drive are correct with Affinity Photo 2 set to sync to iCloud.

I have the iCloud option set, but no Affinity Photo folder appears.

I have the whole suite of apps running 2.2 on Sonoma. iCloud storage is turned on for all three, but only Publisher and Designer have app specific folders in iCloud. What is the trick to get Affinity Photo’s icloud folder to appear?

Just downloaded Publisher from the Mac App Store. It does not display the Affinity Publisher folder in iCloud. What is wrong?

h_d, thank you for the reply. That definitely simulates what I am trying to achieve. But I was hoping to make the Question Mark not just appear transparent, but actually be a cutout so that no matter what background appears behind it, it would show through. Is there a way to do that? Sorry if that was not clear at the beginning.

Yeah, that would kind of do it, but I am really just trying to figure out how to cut out the Question Mark shape from the dot pattern, irrespective of the background.

Thanks for the response, but I am actually wanting the reverse effect. To keep the dot pattern on the outside and have the Question Mark be clear of dots and show only the blue color. Is there a way to do that? I can fake it by making the Question mark the color of the shirt. But I would actually like to have the Question Mark completely cut out (transparent).

I have a vector pattern of dots that is a Group. Over top of that I have a Question Mark shape. I would like cut the Question Mark shape to be cut out of the dot pattern in the background. Can someone help me with this? Ultimately I would like the white Question Mark shape to be removed from the dot pattern so that the background t-shirt shows through. Thanks you for any insight.

I have cut a shape and need the ends of the line that create the shape to lean at same angle the shape leans. I can achieve this by overlaying a white image on the line, but I need the entire piece of artwork to have a transparent background, not white. Anyone know how to do this without overlaying an opaque image? See attached images.

The text looks like it was transformed to fit the circular label. Is there a tool in Designer that will do that?

Bummer, I figured that was the answer but was hoping for a setting that would allow the Text Editing cursor to auto snap back to the Move Tool like Pages.

I am used to working in Pages which allows one to easily switch from editing text to the pointer or Move Tool by simply clicking outside of the text edit frame. In Affinity Publisher when I do this it just attempt to draw another text frame. Is there a quick, intuitive way to switch from editing text to the Move Tool?

I tried deleting and reinstalling the program but it did not correct the problem.

The imposition feature of the Print dialog does work with the spanning images, but the resolution that feature generated is much too low.

Thank you for responding. I created the document as reader spreads. I guess I was hoping the export feature would allow for the document to saved as either a PDF in Reader Spreads or in Printer Spreads. I can do what you suggested but that will entail recreating some of the pages because I have images going across both pages. If I move the pages then the image moves with one of the pages and is removed from the other.
