Noise reduction

Erich Schnase posted a topic in Pre-V2 Archive of Affinity on Desktop Questions (macOS and Windows)

My problem is that: when I use "noise reduction" I can see my wished result on the screen of AP, but when I save that picture, the effect is nearly undone. What do I wrong? Please excuse my limited english, but school was overlong ago. Thank you for your answers.
