It appears to be in the resample options turned on or off ... I am still struggling with the (epic) fail that AP automatic turns photo's into 72 dpi as if the photo's worked on are only publicized on monitors pre 2001 instead of ready for professional printing first.

I probably am doing something wrong... but what? When resizing an document (photo) and saving it as jpg the pixels become hazed, blurred, seemingly unsharp especially when zooming ... i never had that problem with PS or PSE but I always have it with AP
