Once again thanks for all the hard work...and for fixing those brush issues. Working much better It's getting hard to keep up.... No crashes in 1.6.1.91 or or the brief look at 1.6.1.92 and the Brush panel is behaving!..so far Issue with with some keyboard shortcuts not working also seems to be resolved in 1.6.1.92

Thanks for the latest beta...looking good One tiny issue I found is that a couple of keyboard shortcuts that I added seem to have stopped working.. They worked fine in previous beta Add [ + ] (know they clash with brush size) for Join and break curve...they don't seem to work anymore. Select 2 node endpoints on 2 separate lines+use keys [ ] Tried Clearing/reset and re-import saved shortcuts. Also changing the key..no luck! But works if use context menu btn's and same keyboard shortcut setup is still working in 1.6.0.89

Interesting challenge..just had to have a go at this one.... Liked your Bevel and emboss attempt Alfred...couldn't get mine to work that well! But here goes..... heart balloon-jer.afdesign NB:AD ok with me so long as I don't touch the raster brushes! -

Yeah! that' the same conclusion I came to ...The embedded file route works well though...I like the way you can click and edit the embedded file directly from the parent file. But again..nice job

Impressive... Just out of interest did you embed single page files (I found them easier to work with) i.e. re-import single AD files into Artboards or did you use a single file with multiple artboards and many of objects?

Fantastic job on the new Beta versions (2 in 24 hours)...I have been testing AD today... I have come across this strange one... Not sure whether this is a bug or just how/where/platform brushes have been created. Absolutely!...as attached I couldn't reproduce it with a new exported file from Sketchbook...If it occurs again with another file I will screenshot it (reminds me of a previous bug with a rectangle appearing behind an artboard) inktober-06-sword-testfile.zip

Thank you!... I like inktober..but I don't get much sleep..That's not the finished version..you can see it on Pinterest with #Inktober The rectangle only occurs when you open the file for the first time...(so it's initial view would be just pixel layers)I have worked on this one after the event...I am relieved it's not constant!

Hi Sean, I have attached the working file (I did some more work on the file itself unfortunately..) The issue is intermittent and disappears when you toggle outline mode (easy work around). It has occurred on a couple of files...I have been trying to re-create it this morning without success. Current project workflow = Initial Sketch Sketchbook Pro (8.5 [recent update]); save as PSD (default SP save), open in Affinity Designer Beta. and occasionally you see the previous image upload on the screen (but the colour of the rectangle can change!) ...good luck with this one inktober-06-sword2.zip

Hi, Thanks for the latest Beta version...fantastic effort as usual by the Affinity Team....I am impressed! It's getting harder to find obvious bugs...well..with this version But....There is this little event.... I have been using it this week to do some 'inking' with the stabiliser tool. but when I import a file (PSD output from Sketchbook Pro 8.50) I keep getting a 'temporary' visual rectangle on the screen.. It's occurred 3 times in last 2 days. It can be Black or White as in the sample attached. Switch to Outline mode and it's gone...
