Hi Alfred..Thanks for looking into it..Unfortunately I cannot really help in this situation as I do not have access to IPad or Mac OS...are you saying they work but have to play around with import options?

Ok! Sorry my weird shorthand is not very clear Yes you are correct..Adjustment layers not layer effects I was initially just playing around with the settings on the layer effects panel + Fx on Layers Panel for comparison but came across a noise slider that would reset every time I dragged it (I have had this occur with the Wacom but not the mouse).. So I just compared some of the other effects and how they were functioning So I have expanded the shorthand: Control test For Layer Effects colour Overlay (Works) 1. New file include Artboard 2. Draw Object[rectangle] colour it[any colour] 3. Layer Effects [fx layers 04 Layer Effects....(Layer Panel)] 4. Select Colour Overlay 5. Select Colour (change it otherwise default black) 6. Select Colour Swatch[introduce popup menu] 7. Adjust Noise Ramp Adjustment layers (Gradient Map) 1. New file include Artboard 2. Draw Object[rectangle] colour it[any colour] 3. Layer/New Adjustment [Gradient Map] 4. Select Colour Stop/s 5 Select Colour Swatch for each Stop/s 6. Adjust Noise Slider 7. Noise Appears on Ramp but not the object the effect is applied to Adjustment layers (Lens Filter) 1. New file include Artboard 2. Draw Object[rectangle] colour it[any colour] 3. Layer/New Adjustment [Lens Filter] 4. Change Colour [Adjust Optical Density/toggle Preserve luminosity(for effect)] 5. Select Filter Colour 6. Adjust Noise Ramp on Colour popup Here the noise does not get applied but also the slider is 'elastic' so will reset to ) once you move it Which was sort of my Query initially..is it just turned off for this effect as it's not necessary or just not working as it was envisaged? Hope this helps!

Version 2.0 Ammonite Vector Brushes 1. Removed reference to old versions 2. All nozzles are now vector based replacing previous raster versions 3. Re-built all Brush Nozzles using updated vector raster brush elements and removed transparencies and any other old effects! 4. The old brush set was appearing darker and less intense with 1.7/1.8 update...I have fixed that with this version! 6. Updated the Sample Sheets to newer (latest) layout. 7. Naming arranged to match the raster versions...mostly! Archived the Older Brush set and updated Library information Sample sheet Page 01 Sample sheet Page 02 Brushes Project Brush Vector - Ammonite.zip

I have not really been exploring these features until recently..but I noticed there is a discrepancy between the application of noise to colour swatches in different filter features.. It is present in both live and beta... A: Layer effects /colour overlay/select colour swatch/change colour/add noise=applied to selected layer/object B:Layer Effects/Gradient map + colour swatch on selected nodes+noise=add noise visibly to ramp but not object C:Layer Effects lens filter+ no luminosity select swatch add noise no effect at all Is this as it should be (by design) or just a small bug?

Morning, I am sure you are aware of this issue... where Export Slices are not 100% fixed to Artboards. If you create a second Artboard before an existing artboard(+ Slices) slices they become offset when you return to pixel persona. It occurs in beta and live versions. Artboards created in sequence are unaffected. Easy work around...create in sequence! Steps to reproduce 1. Add Artboard 2. Create object/s 3. Switch to Export Persona and set up xx slices 4. Return to Draw Persona 5. Add Artboard before/ in-front of existing arboard 6. View Export Persona Export slices have shifted position or re-aligned to new artboard (If not same size them are offset)

Brilliant...and fantastic news!....Thank you for testing them These brushes are a small selection of a much larger raster brush library. There are 2 other sets with base patterns Isometric Patterns (60) Pattern Brushes (100) I have been working on the 'Project Brush' Sets for several months..They are still mostly raster based but recently adding additional vector sets to supplement the raster versions (they are quite time consuming to create!). However, have a look here....Project Brushes (Poison) There are 150 available here (300 total). There are also 5 other project sets (but still raster!)

Hi tranmautritam That's a good question I have been considering that question myself...Unfortunately I cannot answer it as I do not have access to an iPad.. and no way of testing maybe one of the Moderators could pick up the Query...

Thank you for liking the brushes... I appreciate you comment and I am pleased that you have found them useful...It has made the effort worthwhile.. I like the Project Brush Sets..especially this one (Poison) Big-T, and Ammonite Hotel and have been using them a lot recently Nice Dog..reminds me of 'Spike' or 'Tyke' from Tom and Gerry

There are a few features in designer that will help you mimic a 'Step and Repeat Template' for single business card design or multiple designs. There are no options for variable data production at the moment so multiple designs need to be manually produced Create 2 separate files: as MikeW has suggested 1. Master template (A3/A4 as suggested) with predefined holding elements (Rectangular objects defined by size of business card layout and/or bleed settings) [std 88 x 55 mm+- bleed as e.g] 2. Business Card Design Template at required size (completing by adding design elements) save as separate file. After this you have several options to edit/create the template Master Template 1. As Artboards can be nested just like other elements produce a template with a Master Artboard containing a layout of nested Artboards defined by the size of the original Business Card. 2. Use layers and define a single rectangle with the dimensions of card design on each layer which can act as a Clipping Mask to contain the Business Card design. Place grouped elements inside with CNTRL+ALT+V or drag using layers panel 3. Individually import a business card/s and position manually. (set up grid using grid options to assist) onto a blank sheet Use Grid and Snapping Options Axis 1=85; Axis 2=55 Gutter=xx as a rough guide. Business Card Template/s 1. Create design as separate file (Use layers to define Background/Graphic and text elements). Add initial artboard to contain design will give you option of copying Artboards between files Helpers 1.Use Place image tool to embed file in master template [within a target layer or artboard] Using the place image tool gives you the options of editing the embedded file directly and the ability to switch artboards contained within the business card design (>1 design or front/back configurations) 2. Make full use of Layers Panel and it's ability to copy/place/duplicate layers between files. (This includes Artboards and all elements contained within). 3. Use global colours/effects/Adjustments to control elements 4. Use Export Persona for greater control of your export options (target individual artboards with multiple output options) If you want flexibility..Place image tool is a good option! or experiment with all three Hope this helps
