  1. Thank you yet again for your comments. ...much appreciated.... I quite like this one but it was supposed to be a 'little quick experiment' in colour and mixing vector assets (Construction kits) with raster elements using the word prompt ....but it got a bit out of control...as usual... The vector elements are from Camouflage I and Camouflage II (new mushrooms/plants and trees and a monster!) which is not finished yet...bait (word prompt 3)and.. something called 'gnarly' a vector tree construction kit for lack of a better description. The tree is actually in the image (background) but unfortunately had to make it small to fit into the rest of the layout when assembled...I will add an image to the thread The whole project is a bit of experiment this year...See if I can complete in less that 8 months...
  2. Hi, Thanks for getting back to be....Delay is not an issue I am aware the team is busy...and it's not a critical issue! It's not re-occurred since I reported It Well! it could be the tablet (I wouldn't be surprised!) Windows ink has been disabled since I had issues with the 'straight' line events occurring when drawing with the tablet was used with AD. I checked whether their has been any re-activation's with Recent Windows updates but it is not the case (Ink is disabled in Windows settings and Wacom Tablet Properties) It's interesting that you mention Wacom Desktop Centre (newer app version)....Which does not recognise my (old) Tablet!....but it still works even though it's polished smooth these days... I will keep a look out for it occurring again...I haven't seen it since the latest release....

  16. Hi There seems to be an intermittent bug with the brush tool and the toggling of the Stabiliser option on the Context Menu...I noticed something a bit odd yesterday when the position of the brush nozzle was 'painting' outside the circle when you drag. Working in Raster Persona with brushes File size is 500mm x 500mm (black and white) with multiple layers Old Wacom - as signature. Select and draw with brush/toggle Stabiliser/ use it/ switch back off....but as you can see from the video the Stabiliser seems to be still active but not showing the connecting line until the settings are changed again. Little video as attached (a bit longer than it needed to be)...but needed to find out whether disappears if increased brush size Stabiliser still active.wmv
  17. I like it ..excellent piece of work...big fan of textures..I have a couple of suggestions to experiment with though... a. add highlights to the mushrooms b. add some dimension to the base ellipse...you have it everywhere else but not on platform upon which everything is sitting look forward the the next one
  18. I don't usually comment on such threads...but..... It's a fantastic suite of applications and I for one are really impressed with the time and effort the serif team has invested in this software in terms of help, support and innovative solutions for creative graphics. I think we should be thanking you for all the hard work....and fixing/continuing to fix all those bugs!. I am sure they are a pain but I am sure it must be difficult to trap errors with so much variation of hardware.. I was going to say that I was looking forward to the next beta. 1.8 but true to form, you already released the first versions for AD and AP...which I have just installed and looking forward to some more testing.......installed ok by the way! Thank you and keep it up... I will get back to inktober now
  19. The Grunge set (Project set 09) might be better for this kind of effect.....or using in combination with the dots With opacity dropped down and blend mode set to average.
  20. I came across this recently... Have a look here..to see if this is of any use....https://www.humaaans.com/ with the people vectors..
  21. Hi, Unfortunately I do not have an ipad to test it....just downloaded/unzipped the latest file and installed to AD on PC...Worked Ok! just by dragging the files... There is a help page with instructions of how to install assets with Affinity Products..including iPad https://affinity.serif.com/en-gb/store/resources-install-guide/ Which may help you...
  22. No Problem!...I couldn't see it from your video.....but was a prime candidate!
  23. With the Paint Brush tool selected can you check to see if Protect Alpha is selected on the context bar
