I'm using Affinity Photo on my new iPad, and I notice a lot of seemingly new options for opening documents. What is the difference between choosing "Open from iCloud" vs "Import from iCloud"? They seem to be the exact same thing...?

Hi, thanks for your followup. I didn't get an email notification, so I apologize for the delay. I'm actually on Catalina...I didn't notice the bug when using Mojave over the last year. And no, I have never moved the photo app out of the root/applications folder or anywhere.

This is the workflow I tried many times but it does not save back to Photos for me. I also tried de-selecting the Affinity extensions, closing photos then re-selecting them...still can't save. Is there a timeline for the fix?

When using the Affinity Photo extensions – Liquify, Retouch, etc – in Apple Photos, the orientation EXIF data seems to be altered. After I finish editing in the Affinity extension workspace and try to compare the edited photo to the original (by pressing M in Apple Photos), the original is now flipped sideways. That makes it very hard to actually compare. Can this please be fixed?

I literally took this app off my dock because this new icon design is so horrible. It's something Adobe would have made. Please give us the option again to use your original triangle app icon! Some iOS apps allow you to choose icons, so I it must be possible for macOS.

I can search for stuff in the pop-up help window, but if I click on one of the help article results, the window goes blank. Any idea how to fix??

I often use the Liquify persona, directly in Affinity Photo and also through the Apple Photos Extension. Every single time I have to un-check "Show Mesh"...it's so annoying. Please please please include an option in Preferences to have it unchecked by default in both the app and the Photos extension?
