Hello Gabe, Unfortunately I admit I gave up as it didn't improve after many attempts. I decided to delete the download. I have been busy with Version 2 with success. I would like to try again, so what would be the easiest way to get another download? Thanks Diggs

Hi Mike, no joy with this approach. So I'm going to try and remove the beta test for photo2. However, I'd like to know how an easy way to de-install thanks, Diggs.

HI Mike.....Photo Beta crashes when opening the app, cannot open any further, to open files. The crash report is what is generated as soon as Beta app tries to open. It was working prior ro the crash. Option upon seeing the crash is to 'Reopen' or "OK'....... Either way, the report is sent to Apple. Cheers Diggs

Have been using Beta Photo over the past couple of weeks, when I tried latest version of Photo Beta attemptedto open.... immediately, crashes. . Tried loading a fresh copy of Beta same result. Restarted Mac operating system (Ventura 13.2.1), same result. Photo 2 still works OK. The problem report (long one) was automatically sent to Apple, I can't copy to send to you Regards Diggs

HI diggs here........Same problem only difference is running Ventura 13.0.1 on a 2021 iMac.

Hello: I run photo on my iMac. Now i want to buy and install, iPad version of photo. I tried to follow the steps on the recent offer (discount) of the software. However when directed to go to the App store, I am having problems with Apple and passwords. As your customer, can I buy directly from Affinity, as I did when I bought Phto for the iMac. If so, the software would be run on another computer (iPad, my wifes) with an address of [mail removed]. My address remains the same, [mail removed]. Incidentally, you have special priced the software in $21.99 Canadian dollars in your eMail to me, yet if I go to the App store, its in US Dollars Cheers Diggs

I am already using Affinity Photo, on an iMac. Now want to move to an iPad. My current iPad is one of the first models (A1935). 16GB. I am am considering a refurbished model from Apple Canada. I believe the 9.7" retina screen would be adequate. Question: What model do you recommend with size of GB. Secondly do you require a 'wand' of any kind? Thanks in advance Diggs

What is the shortcut used to enlarge/reduce an image

In attempting to grab the cloned area, I followed the rule using Alt + Mouse. However, the only way it would operate consistently was to allow both the Alt and Mouse to be released at the same time. Is this the proper procedure?
