Yes it looks like I did, however it didn't show up in list of apps needing an update like other apps do when they need an update , I had to search for it then there is a download button.

I am using it to change the look of the image. Because I just loaded the level adjustment without knowing I had to switch it to RGB. I didn't even know it would be CMYK or that it would cause problems. If it does, you'd think it would load the levels with whatever mode the document is. Anyway thanks for resolving this. I had presumed that because a staff member responded saying it was a bug that was logged by a staff member then that is what it was.

Nothing there. Affinity. I see no updates if I go to Mac app store.

Designer and Publisher automatically show me updates when I start the, But Photo does not do this so I still have V 2.0.0 I found this: But it does not check for updates and I cannot find Updates in the menu. Can someone please help? Thanks

Thanks. BTW I didn't mean the Affinity preview, I meant Preview the PDF viewing app. After exporting it showed the correct font but rendered everything as light.

I think I may have solved the issue, I only had the dynamic Quicksand installed. I think preview must need the static fonts.

I am exporting from Publisher (v2) but is not showing the font correctly when I open in preview. I am using a Google font Quicksand bold for heading and medium for text. Example page from Publisher: Opened in Preview seems to be light for both These are my settings for export, what I missing? Thanks

I understand the master page appears white but is transparent when used over the other pages asa layer, but how do I work on a white background if the text is white? I need to working background of the master page to be dark so I can use white text. Yes but how do I do that, apart from going into every page? Thanks

Thanks. OK I looked up master pages and created page. I have tried with some text and applied by dragging the master page to all pages, but nothing is showing on the pages. [EDIT: this seems to be because the master page becomes the bottom layer so doesn't show over the page background. Does this mean I would have to go into each page and move it up? (There are many many pages!) Also I can't find how to change the background of the master page from white, is there a way to do that? (Difficult to work with white text on a white background!) In publisher I have a document that will be exported to PDF. I want to show footer text ( copyright notice) at the bottom of ever page. I've looked through the help and I think it must be something to do with fields but I can\y work out how to do it. Can someone please tell me how to do this? Thanks

OK, seem to have it sorted. I emailed support and it seems I had to deactivate the licence and then click the Buy now Button again and register again with Affinity. It is a very complicated process

I cannot see how to do that. I looked at the FAQ you posted, thanks so found my account in Photo2 but cannot see how to activate Universal The URL was a dead link 404. The4 FAQ says: your licence will already be stored in your Affinity Store account so all you need to do is log in with your Affinity ID to activate your licence. I can log in to my existing Affinity store account and see this: But the invoice does definitely imply I did by a Universal licence

I think so. Thinking I bought a Universal licence at 89.99 so isn’t that actually a universal licence for all three? That’s what it said terrible way to treat existing customers seems like a scam. So what have I done then? What did I pay for thinking I was buying universal??

OK, I downloaded Designer 2 from the App Store. I get a prompt to purchase, trial or activate it with my Affinity ID. I activated with what I thought was my Affinity ID but get told the activation is unsuccessful.

On the App Store I paid 89.99 to get the Universal Bundle with discount. I assumed this would include Photo v2, Designer v2 and Publisher v2 (I already paid for he version 1 of each years ago) However the receipt says I only have Affinity Photo 2 for 89.99 not the other 2. I cannot see the the apps in my purchases, how where do I download? NB: weirdly I do see Photo 2 in the purchase of my other Apple ID account. Thanks

Well, it's one thing that is making me think twice. It;'s no big issue to just remain on v1 unless I discover some new feature that is indispensable. The bad case scenario would be if there was some kind of security issue arise in v1 and as it is EOL it would not get fixed.
