Color Selector Issues

Regarding the Color Picker Tint issue, I am getting it come up regularly recently. While it will revert to Tint as per the description above it will also continue to instantly revert to tint while adjusting the color. Even for objects with non-global colors applied, as soon as I touch one of the sliders/controls in the color toolbar it immediately snaps back to Tint.
