[Cloud you please support Arabic language ?]

Hi , 

Guys we're needing Arabic language support 

It's really difficult to design without ability to write Arabic text 

as a designer who are using both Affinity Photo and Affinity Designer 

I need this feature .

I can't understand how Pixelmator support Arabic Language ,but you can't support it ?

I ask for this feature almost a year ago

and you told me it will come later , but when ? 

how long it will take ???

[How to copy layer as a circle ?]

Hi , 

I want to copy one shape different times to make it as circle 

to make it more clear ,  I want to make something like this

​I made it in manually way , but I'm wondering if there is a fast way to do it ?

To edit objects contained in an embedded document you must double-click the embedded document on canvas to open it in a new document tab, then edit the objects there. You original document will be updated accordingly.

Welcome to Affinity Forums :)

You can use the Node Tool to cut/break a path/shape. If you have a shape, you must convert it to curves first clicking on Convert to Curves button in the context toolbar or pressing ⌘ (cmd) + ↵ (Enter). Then with the Node Tool still selected add a node to where you want to break the shape/path, select it (clicking on it) then go to the context toolbar and click Break Curve from the Action section (it's the first icon). Do the same to another node of the shape to break it in two separate curves.

in the layer i see "embedded document" 

i can't convert it to Curves !

Is there a way to cut shape or line or whatever 
using Pen Tool ?

 

or using any other tools ?

I can cut if there is 2 shapes using this method 

but it didn't work when i try to cut icon with format .eps

And these method is not perfect , it didn't give me freedom when i want to cut

is there another ways ?

Hi ,

I Really like Affinity Designer app

but it's really annoying  that I can designing but I can't write my native language =(

I don't ask to add Arabic language interface , just added support for writing text
