  1. A workaround may be, duplicate the group select everything in that group do a boolean add give the new shape no fill or stroke and create the shadow inside that shape. Clumsy but it works
  2. A seamless fill works the same, use the filltool and use the bitmap fill. Check on the left side of the bar if fill is selected otherwise the stroke is filled. Did not see your image when i made my reply. It looks like the shape in not a closed shape, so there is nothing to fill.
  3. Place a rectangle behind the drawing an fill with the fiiltool, and use image (bitmap) in the dropdown.
  4. I think snilloc want's to draw a 1/4 ellipse with the pen tool and have a perfect radius
  5. The objects are stil rectangles, the only difference is that they now can be edited with the node tool.
  6. looks like you did knock out the 2 parts of the prop, only it is not visable because of the 2 pont stroke. set the stoke of the 2 parts to 0 and substact the prop parts
  7. That's right, for direct cutting you would need to buy the connect pluging from cameo, and this plugin does not support designer.
  8. @romeno I use the cameo silhoutte to cut designs made with designer, but i can not print directly from designer. I export the design as svg (at 72 dpi and "set viewbox" unchecked) and import in the silhoutte software this works ok.
  9. don't know if it is the same on mac, but on windows you can move the cursor to the textframe boundingbox and move the textframe.
  10. Could be you are in full screen view, try tab to return to normal view
  11. The checkmark is to view or hide the layer, you should click on the layer, it should color bleu
