    Wow!! I have already purchased some mosaic brushes and the creator sent me link to Trial Illustrator where I converted them to suit affinnity. But these souns like they will actually enhance those brushes as well with a top layer. Thank you! I will enjoy these!

    Thank you Kasper-V ! Will be looking at this on Boxing Day,I usually spend the day reformatting and re installing my software but already done! So free to play this year! Q: Where do you get the images of the old ciggy boxes? I love the Players Navy Cut one as well as the old Woodbines.. There was another cigarette box that was like the players with lots of rope and I think an anchor? White background.. but I could be wrong.. (as usual!!)...

    Thanks Dan. You may be interested to know that I was the one who got Affinity staff and filter forge staff to talk and work out for FF to run as a plugin to A Photo. FF have stated that it is up to Affinity to update the ability to use 8BF file formats. There is a number of Serif > Affinity users who also use FF. All I do is act as The Messenger, so please do NOT shoot me. Thank you.

    Hi, Filter Forge Version 8 Public Beta has recently been released. Final Commercial version due out with weeks. In order to be able use Filter Forge 8 within Affinity Photo, the 8BF plugin standard is apparently not include din the latest version of Affinity Photo. QUOTE from Filter Forge Face Book page: " You should direct your request to Serif: starting with version 1.6, Affinity has broken proper plugin support. I'm afraid we can't do anything from our side until they return to the proper 8BF plugin standard. " Can you please advise when this will happen? Thank you.

    If not for Publisher then Designer please. Many cutting machines use this CAD file format and mant AI/ID desiners create cutting files. Currently the only way I can do it is to create it in Designer, save as an SVG file and open and export out in DrawPlus. Anyone with a better solution please? Thanks!

QUOTE" when working in Publisher and an image added is not right, can it be Editied in Photo or Designer WITH A RETURN TO PUBLISHER button as well? at the moment if working on an image in say Designer and it needs say lighting edititng I can take the image into Photo and edit but there is no RETURN Button that takes me and the now edited image back to the program I was working in. UNQUOTE. I want to kbow if there will be a BACK button to return me and the now edited image BACK to the program I was originally working in. Thank you!

    I am playing around with 1.7BETA. I am assuming at this time that not all utilities are in the program. Will STYLES (NOT the Text Styles) be added and also BRUSHES?     I did indeed do my research first.As a university scholar research is my best skill. I did research online from photos videos other images; books borrowed from local library. I then created palettes of colours and created basic texture images which were then transferred into a variety of image filters scripts and editing programs. This was huge job involving many hours over a period of months with breaks in between. I also researched and purchased some materials from which I based ideas for jewellery, building materials and more. This is what I especially enjoy creating as it means I can use many of my skills in an enjoyable way. Thank Goodness that many museums are now online, like a digital library!

    Thanks Heaps Alfred! 7 Zip read the pipe as an Underscore instead and opened the file OK! Now I can prepare to play... Strange about how winzip and peazip read the char as a pipe... Again, Thank you!

    Unable to Extract as the Compressed file name is: DAUB | Comics Basic Set.afbrushes. I think that both Windows and the PeaZip extractor see the file as either Corrupt or Suspiscious. Can you please rename the file by REMOVING the | after DAUB, please? Thank you!

    I am a user of Corels PaintShopPro for its easy to use lovely scripts from Creation Cassel. If you have csh files you want to convert, you could try using a trial version of psp then download and run this script.I have it and am just working out a batch run to convert the csh files into psp then into A Photo. http://scrapbookcampus.com/2018/04/using-photoshop-shapes-in-paintshop-pro/ I am determined to learn Photo this year now so I can create somew kits for designers like the millions available for PS. When I have done a successful batch run Ill post details here or you can message me. All the programing I did years ago put me off programming for a living but has made me very interested in learning and devising legitimate ways to do things in alternate programs. Keeps the cobwebs out of my marbles er brains.. hehe

    That is an ALMOST PERFECT REPLICA. I would not be too concerned about the EXACT DETAILS. What I would expect someone to be Pedantic on details, would be their OWN design. I prefer Your 'replica' to the original. I also look forward to seeing Originals of your work! I am just starting to study this 'paper cutout' form in Affinity considering I cannot use any of the Photoshop kits you can get.. HINT; to advanced users! Ribbon embroidery, embroidery, stitch-craft paper-craft and Plasticine design kits are for AFFINITY is what I desire. I am TRYING...very badly.. to create them myself but so much t learn and I am NOT a trained designer... I'd give you a FULL 10/10 for this design!!!
