[If I replace Photoshop with AP. What so I replace LightRoom with?]

I use On1 as my replacement for Lightroom it would be brilliant if affinity created an On1 plugin, I would add that I no longer use adobe and have as you put it chucked Adobe lock stock and barrel

[raw files not showing in the open tab]

Just down loaded the beta version for windows and navigated to my photo's but none of my raw files are showing checked to see whether my cameras are supported 2 are 1 isn't so navigated to a folder which I know contains supported formats {orf files from Olympus Em1 and EM5 mk 2 }[i know the TZ 100 isn't yet supported] and the open dialogue box is showing no supported files. Tried a number of folders and could see only jpg's. Looked in Edit-preferences but can find any method of adjusting file support. Am I missing something ? or is this a beta problem ?
