  1. Thanks Chris, What about create some separators for people with my (new all toolbars being shown) setup?
  2. @Jon P I don't prefer pt_BR nor pt_PT, and I didn't choose to run the software with the pt_BR version. Maybe Brushes is set to deafault to system language or the closest available language? My system is pt_PT, there is only pt_BR, but my option will always be en_US or en_UK.
  3. Is it possible to expand all collapsible tools? I have a lot of wasted space at that column in my 4k monitor.
  4. I'm having crashes using Affine Filter offset by changing the Extend mode from mirror: I was trying to create an alternative method to Krita's Tile mode a way to remove seams from an image and using offset with the clone tool usually does the trick. A link to a related post: https://forum.affinity.serif.com/index.php?/topic/28108-tile-mode/
  5. Striking photo! Soothing and dark with just enough details and no apparent stylistic imposition. I'd like to see it with more pixels
  6. I understand you but the feature set in Photo is much more geared towards what I do. Krita is a very good painting app and also does many other things well, Photo is way better at other things and probably can also paint well (I've seen your post about the brush strokes...) I'm not much of a painter, but I did try painting with the mouse. I gave up as I rather scan my real hand paints and edit them. Editing stuff is harder with Krita and very easy with Photo.
  7. I've noticed this issue. I haven't tested the infill in action to really know what it does currently, on the same scenario, but it seems like a fringe mask issue right now. I attach a gif to the post, I don't know how those work in this forum but you can open them as images in a new tab
  8. I'm using Krita right now but as it's mainly a painting software I'm considering changing for Affinity products as they seem excellent. There is a feature in Krita that I miss and though you are probably more focused on Photoshop functionality, that is a hell of a nice one to have: It's the tiling mode. Basically in krita you hit 'W' key and it tiles your canvas infinitelly, you can paint on any of the tiles and transition from one tile to the other. It's an incredibly simple way of creating tileable textures or any other tiling image. If the feature exists already in Photo, then please forgive my inexperience and be so kind to point me in the right track. Thanks!
  9. Hi, this is a minor UI feature that I really like about windows. Often, when we have dropdown menus, we are able to cycle through their options with the down/up keys. This is often the case even if the dropdown menu option is selected and the menu is alread collapsed. Even then we can keep cycling through the options. An example usage of this is the layer blending modes. I'm used to selecting the first (probably normal) and then use the up/down keys to cycle through the list to find the right effect. It would be useful to have it. Thanks and keep up the excellent work.
  10. Hi, I'm loving affinity products, and though I've downloaded and I'm eager to play with them I haven't had much time yet. The first bug I noticed is that though I'm a portuguese using a portuguese system (pt-PT), I rather use all my software as English, and usually (en-US) as that is usually the standard and easier to find tutorials for. The pt-BR translation is often too bad to be used and the pt-PT version is usually non existent too. However, in this case, the pt-BR version is taking over Affinity Photo in some places. For instance, the brush list is showing the translation instead of the english version: Probably this is also happening for other translations and I'll keep my eyes open for more cases.
