Can anyone assist me on how I can get a twist effect like the one of the attachment?

Hi Gary,

 

You could try saving all your PP work in PDF then opening it on your Affinity Designer.  It's working for me so far. I'm also in the process of migrating all my previous work from PP to Affinity Designer.
