I want new file size as a clipboard size like photoshop....its is possible?

Hello, I am facing a problem when I copy a selection of an object and create a new file but file size is not same as copy of the object. this is different... and the same problem with PRINT SCAN. I hope you got my point. Thanks!

Photoshop PSD file is not working properly like text converted into the image in layer with shown some errors on popup and psd file not open in existing size.
