Hello Young, look my attached file, i zoom on your file, the render lagging but it's bearable. i have I7, Win 10, 32go RAM, affinity is installed on SSD.

it's work fine for me (WIN 10 & AffinityDesigner 1.5.0.4), export in SVG and opened with ILLUSTRATOR perfectly.
