That's a shame. I haven't used Affinity in a couple of years and would like to support the product development but not adding this option is keeping me from buying V2. That may seem petty but it's the reason I have not used Photo or Designer for a couple of years.

Would you please add options in preferences to auto re-size window when using the zoom tool and an option to open files untabbed. I really dislike when files open as tabbed and sometimes I have a lot of files open at the same time that I need to see or have access to. Having to resize the window so images don't overlap can be time consuming. Maybe this has been added but I can't find the options. I should add that I'm using Affinity Photo and Designer for Windows.

Thanks MEB. Got multi-color gradients working now. Good to know different gradient types are coming.

Does that mean for the time being we can only have a linear two color gradient? I can't find any options for different types of gradients or setting up a multi-color (more than 2 colors) gradient. I'm not sure if I'm overlooking something or if those options just have not been added yet.

One thing I really like with PS is that when zooming in or out I could choose to have the image window auto resize to fit the image. I can't seem to find this setting in Affinity Designer preferences. Does AD offer this capability?
