  1. Same here. Windows 10. Also, program crashes when I try to print. First time I've had any issues with any of the Affinity programs.
  2. Reglico, That worked. Thanks so much for your help! Alternatively , Psenda, you might consider keeping your snarky comments to yourself if you don't have anything positive to say.
  3. Hi. First bug I've noticed since purchasing Designer. Drew a circle, then a line with the pen tool. Selected both, hit subtract and the line just disappeared, without subtraction. This happens only with a line drawn with the pen. Any other shapes will subtract properly.
  4. Carl123, That did it. I was mistakenly expecting a placed JPEG to automatically be rasterized like in PS. Once I right clicked and selected 'rasterize' everything worked fine, both in Designer and Photo. Thanks again for your help. The folks on this forum are just incredible
  5. I'm running Windows 10. In photoshop, alt + backspace fills selection with foreground color, so I'm not using any modifier keys, just either backspace or delete. In both AP and AD using only either the delete or backspace keys just deletes everything. For example, my last attempt was on image of an apple. After selecting the apple, inverting the selection (I tried both keyboard shortcut and the selection menu command... same results) hitting either delete or backspace produces just an empty selection. Happens every time and I'm Flummoxed! By the way, thanks for your quick response everyone.
  6. In both designer and photo, when I make a selection, then invert it, I end up deleting what's in the selection. This happens when I don't invert as well. Is anyone else experiencing this problem? Am I doing something wrong? Is this a bug? Have been using Photoshop for ~20 years, so am not a newbie. Thanks in advance for any help. Tom
  7. I have an Intuos 3, running Windows 7 with 6GB RAM and my stylus is working as it should. Keep up the great work, gang! Love the program!
  8. Designer is running well so far on my system. Just encountered a problem, though. When printing on letter size (8.5 x 11) paper, the image is HUGE, showing only a small portion of what I've drawn. I'm using an Epson Artisan 1430 with Epson Double sided matte paper.
  9. When I tried to fill a polygon with color sampled from a jpeg placed on the page, I received the warning: undhandled exception Code 0xE0434352. The program then shut down. Anyone else have this problem? (So far, this is the only issue I've had with the Windows Beta.)
  10. Installed just fine. So far, everything seems to be working just fine.
