Quick vid showing options to control how some attributes scale with a vector object. The corner radius example is for a rounded rectangle shape - but you will find similar attributes in the context toolbar for other shapes where it's relevant. e.g. the arrow - you can control whether you want the arrow head to get bigger proportionally or stay the same size when you make the arrow longer...
