CR2 Files Have Purple Haze

HI,Apple has updated their Raw software https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT205272for a number of new cameras including the Canon 80d, which i have downloaded and installed. However I still get a purple haze when viewing Raw files. Should the update automatically feed into affinity? thanks
