There's already a few books and training courses available (some free). I've compiled them on those pages: Photo, Designer.
Affinity In-house video tutorials (Photo, Designer) and application's Help file also cover extensively all program's features.
There's also additional written and video tutorials on Affinity Review (iBooks version, the PDF doesn't include the videos).
