Affinity Designer 1.10.4 Mac OSX 12.1 When trying to open any image, including ones created with Affinity designer, Error message occurs also happens when opening attempting to open in Affinity Photo. can not save items made in Affinity Designer as well This issue is new to me.

Affinity designer is always crashing in the initialization stage. Running an iPad Pro 12.9 inch, 3rd generation. Operating System is 13.2.2 Every time I attempt to open the app, it crashes. The welcome screen starts. The initialization starts, and after about 60 seconds the app crashes every time. I have deleted the app and reinstalled it multiple times. I have reinstalled the OS. The results are the same. Crash. Crash.Crash

So here's the thing. I ink comic books. I love affinity designer, and have affinity photo on both my Mac and iPad Pro. I have a simple thing that I can not figure out. how to change a greyscale pencil drawing (or RBG) to a blue line so that I can print it out. I have half a dozen ways to do this in photoshop but I want to get rid of that beast. Once pages are inked I need to be able to scan and clean up the art, removing the non photo blue, leaving only the pure black of the ink and the white of the paper. Any suggestions?
