Lotsi

I´m recently working on a book of 44 pages, that has a leporello binding. That means, all pages are on one very long sheet (front and backside) and folded in a zigzag to fit inside a book envelope. Any idea, how I can represent these connected pages in the layout? Because there, the pages are separated on double spreads.
