Hyphenation settings, score, zones etc is a paragraph attribute, but spelling / hyphenation language is a character attribute.

Hi, If its any consolation this is high priority for us, mainly in the context of PDF Export. Unfortunately, even so, I can't realistically estimate a date right now.

Hi anweid, I don't believe we're aware of any specific problems such as you mention so any further information would be useful.

Hi Steps, The betas typically expire after 30 days, and we would hope to release at least 2 updates in any 30 day period (although we may have to adjust things a little over the coming Christmas period). We do everything we can to ensure that documents continue to load, but at this stage do not wish to promise that just in case for some reason it may compromise future development. We've helped a few beta testers update their documents which have failed to load after an update, but again cannot guarantee this as a service.

Hi Pinnochio, As elmonopascual says, if you put a space between the bullet and the text rather than a tab then the bullet will stay with the text. As for the bullet itself you might want to try maybe Unicode 25cf (Black Circle) which can be found under More… and then ‘Geometric Shapes’, at least for Arial. (Alternatively if you know which unicode you want you can just type say \u25cf into the bullet ‘Text’ field before the space). In order to make the bullet a different colour you will need to set up a character style for it that defines the colour you wish to use and also possibly the font, and then apply it via ‘Style’ in the Bullets section.

Hi Uncle Mez I've checked the store download. It looks fine from here, and should be superior to S3. Looks like the file size on the download webpage is wrong but I think is just static content and hasn't been updated recently. Apologies for any confusion. Hope your download works out OK in the end.

Hi thomaso, We do a few simple checks before print or export - checking for overflowing text, and that TOC and Index are up to date. It's not really a 'feature' yet.

Hi Mark - you should find you can do this in the latest build(s) We’re working on this, but it’s not ready yet. As dominik says, the help files are not fully up to date at the moment, unfortunately.

Hi julk, Thank you - I can see that this appears to be an issue with the data Affinity is putting on the clipboard, just as BBEdit support suggested. I'll log it and see what's going on.

There are Find and Replace fixes that hopefully help in Build 192, uploaded just now.

We believe the bleed issue is fixed in build 192 just posted, it would be great if you can let us know how you get on.
