I plan to buy a new iPad Pro and I want to sketch with it. I own both AF Designer and AF Photo desktop. I want to make sketches that look like they are drawn with a pencil, so I don't need any vector graphics. Is AF Photo for iPad a better choice for this type of creations?

I see what you say. I changed it and now they work. Thanks. Obviously this is something to do with the beta not fully implemented.

I change the text style on the TOC text, then I update the TOC and the style reverts to the old style. How do I make it remember the new style?

Every time I copy and paste from App Numbers, AF Pub adds a blank cell above the first copied cell.

What is the best/easiest way to get text from an Apple Numbers table into a AF Pub table? Copy/paste kind of works, is there a better way?

I sent a bunch of crash reports. I see there's a lot more to this than I thought. I created and attached (here) a new sample file that shows the problem. I have two similar tables in my document, and AF Pub will crash when I've created table formats from both of them. I select the table on the right, then I click on the Table Formats/Format 2 icon in the palette, and then the crash occurs. The crash will not happen unless the table on the right is selected, and I can stop the crashing if I deleted the Table Format 2. Crashing Table.afpub

Every time I click on the table name in table formats AF Pub crashes.

This is how the other image looks exported as a PDF. Look at the top right side, plus the color is all messed up. 7.pdf

Please look at this discussion. I believe there is a bug when exporting to PDF any page or pages that include a .afphoto image.

I did a test with a different AFPhoto image dragged in as a .afphoto file, and similar bad things happen. All looks good in my AFPub layout until I export as PDF. I have to believe this is a bug. In the meantime I will place jpgs.

This issue appears to be a bug when placing a AFPhoto file in AFPub. If I place a JPG then there’s no issue. 3.pdf

When I export as a PDF my image has a strange light square area on the upper left side. Any ideas why this is? I've placed the same image on another page, the lighter area is still there but not exactly the same position. 1.pdf 2.pdf

There's no reason it can't function both ways. It's my wish. All of you who want to double click, then do so.

I see the problem. Yes, I can save the column setup as an asset, but it only appears if the assets tab is set to "Show As List."

I can do that whether the page is the active page or not, so I don't see this as a reason not to have single click to make the page active. I see the sidebar as a thumbnail view. I click the thumbnail, I think that should make that page active.

I do have it set to 12 points. I think I understand why this is and I think I will leave it set this way and remember to use shift return when I want a new line and not a new paragraph.

Am I missing something? I don't see a way to save a font size with a character style.

It would be better if I just had to single click to select a page rather than double click. Less clicks is always better.

I see I can set the page margins individually to each page and make it work that way, but that does rather defeat the purpose of a master page.

I set my page margins in a master page and apply that page to my "pages." Save, quit, reopen, and the page margins revert to default.

When I insert a return at the end of a sentence Publisher adds a blank line. Is there a setting to just start a new line without the blank line?
