This is 100% repeatble on my Mac:
Swatches palette > Add System Palette Add a bunch of swatches to the new palette. Try to reorder the swatches (drag them) → instant crash of the app. Every single time. I'm on Catalina 10.15.4 (19E287), on the 16" MBPro. I have a 4k external display connected via USB-C.
