R C-R, Like I said before I lost the iTunes ACCOUNT. Apple wasn't able to restore it. Now, I feel like I paid for Affinity software, and I should be able to download a new copy. This is no longer an iTunes problem. It's a problem with Serif and Affinity. I paid the bill for Affinity Photo as an early adopter, then recommended their software to professionals, and now, I'm being left with nothing. I only want what I paid for. Not excuses "It's an iTunes yada yada..." BS

I have totally lost my iTunes account, had to reformat my computer and start a new one. What can I do now?

I've lost my AFFINITY app, and can't get it from the APP STORE. I had a major problem with iTunes ( when I bought a =new iMac ). I had to reformat my hard drive to fix it. Can anyone help?
